Self Catering
All our units are self catering and offer no maid service during the stay. We provide you with a start up supply of paper products. You will need to purchase or bring garbage bags, paper towels, coffee filters and bath tissue, as well as dishwashing soaps and bath soaps and laundry soap. For your convenience there is a grocery store on the Island and a Wal-Mart in Aransas Pass and an HEB Plus in Flour Bluff.
All our properties are fully furnished with linens bed and bath linens, you will need to bring your own beach towels. We do not offer daily towel service but many of our units have washers and dryers. All kitchens are equipped with pots, pans and dishes, and large & small appliances. Any specialty items you wish to cook with you will need to bring with you.

We only allow one credit card per reservation.
All rates are subject to change, 13% occupancy tax,
& processing fee
1 night deposit plus booking fee and CSA Insurance Fee is required at the time of booking,
with the final balance DUE 30 days prior to arrival.
If booking within the 30 days payment in full
is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations
made within 91 days or more are subject to a full
refund minus the $50.00 processing fee and the CSA Travel Insurance Fee.
Cancellations
within 90 prior to arrival are subject to full
forfeiture of payment, for this reason we highly
recommend you protect your investment with purchasing
travelers insurance. For your convenience,
we offer this service through CSA Travel Protection. We only offer the CSA insurance at the time of booking.
You may choose to opt out of this Insurance but be aware you will not be able to purchase it at a later date.
As of December 1st 2008,
Starkey Property Management will require
a mandatory Security Deposit on bookings. For your convenience
we offer a Security Deposit Protection Plan. For $39.00 you are
covered from Property Damage and Theft up to $3000 dollars.
If you choose not to purchase the protection plan a $500.00
Security deposit (check only) will be required within 7 days of
booking the reservation. No exceptions.
Starkey Property Management charges a $100.00 lock change
fee for any keys that are lost or misplaced. This charge will be automatically charged to your credit card.
Winter Texan Booking Policy (effective December 1, 2008
1) Return guests will have 2 weeks from arrival to reserve properties for the next year.
2) Advance Deposits will be required at time of booking. A $600.00 deposit must be paid by Check or Cash, and a credit card will be required for the remaining balance. No reservation will be confirmed with out a credit card.
3) The remaining balance of your first months rent will be due and charged to your credit cards 60 days prior to arrival.All reservations must be cancelled within 90 days of arrival.
4) At the time of booking you will be entering into a contractual agreement for the full amount of your stay.
