The Commons at Seashell is a great spot for renting one unit for up to 8 people or multiple units for up to 90 people for family reunions, retreats, and gatherings of friends.
This property features a large, shared pool, hammocks for relaxing, picnic tables and charcoal grills for outdoor cookouts under the shade of a cabana in the center of the units. Each unit has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of playing in the sand.
Bron's Beach Shack has an open living area boasting a large couch, two accent armchairs, a rocker, flat-screen wall-mounted TV with cable and WiFi. Adjacent is the dining area with a table, accommodating eight guests. Extra seating is available for 3 more at the bar. The full, crisp white kitchen features appliances cookware, pantry, Keurig and plenty of counter space for your cooking needs. For your convenience, there is also a half bath under the stairwell.
Upstairs you will find the Master bedroom (BR1) with a Queen size bed, wall-mounted TV, closet for your beach attire, nightstands and dresser. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a vanity and tub/shower combination unit. The bunk room (BR2) is perfect for kids with a set of Full bunk beds. The guest room (BR3) is comprised of a Queen bed, wall-mounted TV and closet. The guest rooms share a hall bathroom with a vanity and a tile-trimmed stand-up shower. The washer/dryer unit is tucked neatly in the hall closet upstairs. The Commons is approximately four blocks from the beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife. Book your stay to come and play!

Pet Friendly Property
A $100 pet fee and a $50 cleaning fee is required for your furry friend/s to stay with us. Both fees are nonrefundable. Please note that additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear and/or damage to the property. When bringing a pet, please ensure it does not bother other guests with excessive noise, barking, etc. Guests are responsible to keep pets on a leash and pick up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
