Lazy Fun

Condo was very clean and kitchen was fully equipped except there was not a pitcher to make tea. Dishwasher was under cabinet and I had could not turn it on but I am sure it was just that I didn't know how.
We rented a golf cart which I highly recommend as that is the way to get around in Port A.
Condo was very quiet since there were only 2 other units rented.

We have stayed here twice, and it has always been perfect for our family of four. We enjoy being close enough to everything. Renting a golf cart always makes it more interesting.

Second time to stay here they are very well kept properties, we will be coming back here again

This is the third time we've stayed in this exact rental. It is comfortable and always clean upon arrival. The bed linens and sheets are always clean, kitchen is always stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses, coffee pot, etc. Nice dishwasher. The pool outside is always clean and fun to go swimming for the kids in the evening after sight seeing and/or the beach.

We only ran into one small problem and one big problem this trip. Every time we go there's never a pizza cutter. I even went to the island store and couldn't find one. Apparently they're a rare commodity on the island. So if you're going to cook pizza bring a pizza cutter! All jokes aside the kitchen and accessories are all you need except for cutting a pizza.

The big problem was the clothes washer malfunctioned while we were there. The first load wasn't a problem. The second load it wouldn't go into spin cycle and started flashing a code and then wouldn't open so our clothes were stuck in there. I called Starkey property and they said they would send someone the following morning. He came out and was very polite. He admitted he didn't know much about the washer and basically unplugged it and then plugged it back in. It didn't get repaired so we call Starkey property back and they had someone else come out that was more proficient in the repair. We came home from the beach and started another load assuming it was repaired. No one notified us if it was or not. Our clothes locked up again and the same code flashed so my husband figured out he had to pause it before spin cycle which is when it would quit and take out our clothes and wring them out in the bathroom and then throw them in the dryer.

I'm sure it has gotten repaired by now and hopefully when we go back next year this won't be a problem again. We still love this rental and Starkey was very apologetic. We still enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for most of our stay, and we were not notified before hand that it would be. The place was clean except for a dirty towel hanging on the back of a bathroom door. I have stayed at another condo located at this property, and will stay here again.

What more can you ask for? Property was nice, clean and close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. Community pool is small, but it was pretty empty so that was nice. We went for the beach anyway.

Two quick turns to the beach, ample parking, two seperate en suites with full size beds. Pull out bed in living area made it easy for our youngest ones to snooze. Modern kitchen was nice and stylish. Didn’t get in the pool but very nice looking.

Great place to stay loved it for my little family. Although the ice maker on the fridge wasn’t dispensing, office personal wasn’t aware but other than that great place beach nearby! Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great stay at CDR6-Lazy Fun with our family of six. It was very clean, well-kept and functional. It had a great location to the beach, making it easy to come and go from the beach. There is no outside yard or grill, which would have been nice but just isn't a feature that is part of this property. The two rooms are matched in size, although one mattress was very noisy. Thankfully, our kids were so tired from the beach it didn't bother them. We stayed during the week so it was pretty quiet on the property; however, the last night was leading into the weekend and it seemed like crowds/noise was increasing. But overall, we had a great experience and would recommend for a simple property close to the beach.

This was our 1st time in Port A and loved it!! We usually stay on other side of Mustang Island and spend alot of time driving. Here everything was so near..place was very clean would absolutely return!!

My family and I enjoyed the rental very much! It seemed clean and well-maintained. While booking, I had a conversation with a receptionist and she was very polite and helpful. The only misconception I had is the pool - it wasn't very clean and didn't look like the pictures. Overall, had an amazing stay at this property!

Our rental property was awesome. It was reasonable, clean, plenty of space for six - Couch and Loveseat had pull out beds. Sylvia was amazing and so on top of her game. Will definitely stay again.

We had a very nice time other than when we checked in on Thursday, there was a problem with one of the toilets. We immediately called the rental office and were told they would send someone out. No one ever came. When we called back, we were told that it was after hours and no one would be available til next morning. We called back the next morning and the person we spoke to acted shocked no one had came out the day before. Finally someone came out to fix the problem. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

Overall the experience was positive. Found the unit clean and receptive. This is a great location and nice room. Adequate parking for two vehicles. Pool was nice. Management was friendly and helpful. Could have been better stocked, such as a blender, knives (there were no knives in the kitchen), and additional toilet paper (we ran out and had to buy our own).

Great property, great location. Close to the beach and local attractions/restaurants. The property had an air mattress for extra sleeping space. Loved that there was a washer/dryer in the unit.
