Stay in the heart of Port Aransas in this cozy beach cottage. Centrally located within walking or driving access to the beach and popular bars, restaurants, and souvenir shops, this is the place to be for a comfortable weekend getaway. The cottage is equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen and full bathroom. There's also a small dining space within the kitchen area, and two chairs within the condo for additional seating.
This cottage does not offer central air conditioning, but is equipped with window units for your comfort.
BR1- Queen bed with a full bathroom
Also includes a futon bed!
*PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY! Pets that are 50lbs or less are welcome! A $200 non-refundable deposit and a non-refundable $50 cleaning fee PER pet is required for your furry friend/s to stay with us. Please note that additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear and/or damage to the property.
When bringing a pet, please ensure it does not bother other guests with excessive noise, barking, etc. Guests are responsible to keep pets on a leash and pick up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
**All properties managed by Starkey Property Management are NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING. No exceptions.
***Property parking is located next to the house and has a maximum number of 1 vehicle.

It was clean, inviting and great location!
The only downside was that the mattress on the Hideaway bed was so bad it was very uncomfortable to sleep. I recommend it for a couple that only use the larger bed.

We had a wonderful time at the beach. We rented the Little blue House from Thursday, May 26th through Monday, May 30th. The house was perfect for me, husband and small dog. Very convenient. The A/C cooled the house perfectly and there was plenty of hot water in the shower with a good shower head. The little yard was not too small for our small dog.
The only issue is the bathroom toilet. Everything works, but when you walk into the house, you can smell the sewer system. My husband is a contractor and he says it smells just like it smells when you remove a toilet. The smell is seeping up from the sewer line.
Everything was wonderful and would recommend this house and would rent again.

Overall, this little house was nice -- clean and comfortable. My one complaint is that it's located in an alley. I guess I missed seeing that in the descriptions of it? Anyway, it was hard to find, especially since it's in a school zone and I got there right when school let out. I'm sure I looked like a weird stalker circling the block while kids walked by.

Liked the location and management staff went and turned on the heat prior to our arrival due to the cold weather at the time.
It was a very cold weekend so limited on what we could do but it was cozy and clean. Would recommend and stay again. They also allowed our dog to stay who is a lab, but we called ahead.
Did lose power and water on last day which was a bummer but nobody’s fault but the weather.

Close to the beach, easy check-in. Host was difficult to reach by phone or email. I was very disappointed on arrival. Couch was worn with several holes in the fabric. Moldy odor throughout the place. Appearance was overall very dingy. Would be great for a 2-man fishing trip, but was poor for a romantic getaway with my wife. Overall felt deceived by the pictures online. No shampoo, coffee, coffee filters, salt/pepper, or hair dryer.

Very small “house” was clean enough and in good shape. Simple fixes by the owner would have made stay more enjoyable. For ex: AC unit did not cool room and needed filter replaced, outside grill was a joke, hose handle was busted and sprayed water everywhere. Tv difficult to figure out. Nice little place that is pet friendly, didn’t use the kitchen at all but looked as if everything would have been good. Only room for 1 car parking, and maybe 1 other small car. Location is good, the fenced yard isn’t much but enough to let a small dog out in. Walking your dog around the area is calm

This rental was small, I stayed with my husband and two dogs. It was PERFECT. It was very clean, very nice. Im 6 months pregnant so I was nervous about the bed, even that was nice. The location was great, close to the beach all of the restaurants. We will definitely be back.

This property was very nice and clean. It was perfect for two adults. The appliances worked great and kitchen is stocked with the basics. Just turn on the A/C right when you get there because it takes a little time to cool down. It is about a 5-10 minute drive from the beach. The front yard and parking area, however, needs to be cleaned up a bit, it had a lot of weeds and stickers.

My Husband, 2 Teens, and My FurBaby stayed at the Little Blue House and we had so much fun. Yes it is a small house but we really only rested, took showers and slept there. We weren't uncomfortable ever the whole weekend. No one bothered us and if we needed anything or had questions Starkey Staff was always so polite. We even met the home owner who was also super nice. 325 ft a perfect fit for 2 people. Clean, comfortable and in the center of everything. 2 blocks from grocery, and Island Cafe (breakfast) Tortuga Saltwater Grill for a fantastic Romantic Dinner.
