Martinis & Marlin has everything you could possibly want for your beach getaway, including brand new construction with no expense spared! Martinis & Marlin has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Sleeps and accommodates 8 comfortably with 1700sqft on 2 floors with tankless water heaters to ensure you have an endless supply of hot water on both levels of the house. You’ll enjoy beautiful natural light in an open floor plan. It’s time for you to relax and enjoy yourself.
Martinis & Marlin is the ultimate beach destination! Everything from the furniture, décor, bed linens and kitchenware are well crafted, tasteful and thoughtfully selected for your experience. You’ll want to make Martinis and Marlin your go-to destination every time you return to Port A. Located in Old Town Port A, Martinis & Marlin is a short 5 minute walk to both the beach and fun restaurants and nightspots in the heart of Port A. Or with your 6-seater golf cart, your trip to the beach or town is less than one minute away.
1ST FLOOR: 1 Queen bedroom + 1 bunk bed bedroom + a full bathroom with tub. You’ll also find a full size washer/dryer, plus a storage nook for beach toys, tents and coolers.
2ND FLOOR: 1 King master suite (with a soaking tub and walk-in shower) + 1 Queen master suite (with a shower/tub) with exquisite tiling in both. Perfect for couples or friends who want their own private space. The 2nd floor also includes a ½ bath, gourmet kitchen, living room, and balcony overlooking the private pool.
Martinis & Marlin has smart TVs in all bedrooms with a Spectrum subscription, plus a big-screen, high definition Smart TV in the living area. 1GIG INTERNET and Cat 6 wiring lets everyone stream, game and work from home. USB ports are also included in several outlets on both levels for convenient charging stations.
In the gourmet kitchen, you can enjoy a commercial ice maker, gas range, chef’s utensils/cookware, plus a Keurig and SMEG coffee pot and toaster. You’ll also find quality glassware, barware, bakeware, storage containers and a blender. It’s everything you could want or need! There’s also plenty of seating at the kitchen island and spacious dining table for everyone to enjoy.
One of the best features of Martinis & Marlin is the private heated pool enclosed by a wood fence for privacy. Enjoy coffee by the pool first thing in the morning and cocktails after a busy day at the beach for you to relax and soak up the rays any time of day on the comfortable and sturdy patio furniture. There’s also an enclosed outdoor shower located by the pool to easily rinse you or your beach toys before going into the house.
Pool will be heated for Oct/Nov & Mar/Apr rentals. For an additional $25 fee, you can have it heated during the off-months.

***Parking is located in the driveway and has a maximum number of 3 vehicles + a golf cart, as a golf cart is considered a vehicle. A fourth parking spot is available for an X-large vehicle (such as an extended cab truck with full size bed) next to the pool.

We loved everything about Easy Does It. The decor was fantastic! Cool vibe with wonderful art and furniture. Great location to the beach and town. The kitchen was well equipped. The private pool was nice too. All around, a great experience.

We absolutely LOVED our time at the Easy Does It condo. The decor is REALLY cool, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and PERFECT location. TVs in the bedrooms, heated pool....the list goes on and on. The outdoor pool is really nice as is the upstairs patio/deck. And, great art in all the bedrooms! All around great place. We will stay here on our next trip to Port A if it's available.

Loved the house, location was great and the golf cart was perfect for getting around, the pool was perfect for relaxing in and the covered parking was nice.

The vacation wasn’t bad and the location of the rental was very close to the beach. I wouldn’t recommend that particular rental for anyone planning on bringing children due to the fact that the furniture seems to be very fragile and the neighbors don’t care for any noise after a certain time. Also if you don’t care for tree roaches then I wouldn’t recommend this property for you due to the fact roaches seem to be everywhere outside.
