Come relax at Serenity by the Sea! Your perfect beach vacation awaits you at our 3 bed, 2 ½ bath, newly updated ranch home with a new private pool! With 1900sqft to yourselves, you have plenty of space to stretch out and relax while comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests and parking for 5 cars and a golf cart.. Conveniently located off of 11th St. Serenity by the Sea is a short 2 minute cart ride, or a 5 minute walk, to the beach, and a short cart ride to restaurants and shops. Ultra fast internet (400 mbps) provides incredible bandwidth for all your devices. Most furnishings are new for 2022!
After your day at the beach, relax in your own private pool with tanning ledge, bubblers, and outdoor shower. BBQ and hang out on the deck, relax, and enjoy the sea breeze.
The beautifully appointed open concept living area includes a great room, dining, and kitchen. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with washer and dryer. The all new great room includes a massive sectional sofa, chair with ottoman and a power recliner. The sectional has a queen size sleeper sofa for 2 guests. There is a new 70” 4K smart TV with Roku for your entertainment needs as well! The dining area accommodates up to 12 with the table and the breakfast bar. The open kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig, and not one, but two, blenders for all your frozen libation needs.

BR1- King bed with 70” 4K Roku TV and en suite bathroom that includes his and her sinks, massive walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a separate soaking tub. There is also a large walk-in closet.
BR2- King bed with a 50” 4K Roku TV.
BR3- Full/Full bunk bed with a twin trundle, a 50” 4K Roku TV, and room for the kids to play!
Also has a queen size sofa sleeper!
*PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY! Pets that are 50lbs or less are welcome! A $250 non-refundable deposit and a non-refundable $50 cleaning fee PER pet is required for your furry friend/s to stay with us. Please note that additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear and/or damage to the property.
When bringing a pet, please ensure it does not bother other guests with excessive noise, barking, etc. Guests are responsible to keep pets on a leash and pick up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
**All properties managed by Starkey Property Management are NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING. No exceptions.
***No garage access. Parking is located in the driveway and has a maximum number of 5 vehicles. A golf cart is considered a vehicle.

Serenity by the Sea was a beautiful beach rental! Probably one of the best we’ve stayed in. We come to Port A twice a year for the past 10 years so we have stayed at many places. It was super clean, spacious, and the pool was the perfect size and depth for our young children. We would definitely rent here again!

We really liked the fact that this home is accessible without going up stairs, which in this area sometimes hit by hurricanes may not be an overall asset to the home. The home is decorated and outfitted to be a rental so amenties were sparse but ok for our short stay. Location is convenient to Port Aransas businesses. The beach is a bit of a long walk but easily accessible nearby by your car or the frequently rented golf cart type wheels. Overall comfortable and convenient.
Second stay and we will be back for another!

We had a family member with mobility issues and needed to avoid stairs, so this home was a great option. Having the pool in back was a treat. Location was convenient and the inclusion of the golf cart was helpful. We had 3 generations, 6 people, and we were all comfortable. Thank you!

Home was realky planned around entertaining with large seating areas for dining and watchingTV. Great kitchen with an abundanceof plates, cups, and siverwaew. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool. Looking forward to a future stay!
Easy check in and out. Great, clean home. Beautiful layout and plenty of room. Wish weather would've been better for pool. Would stay again!
