island shower feel featuring RAIN SHOWER HEADS in all 3 full bathrooms while each one is each artfully decorated.

We had a wonderful weekend hosting a retreat for our church leaders. There were many places we could gather, even with the rain. Everyone loved the atmosphere and the "safe" space that this oasis provided. Definitely will be coming back!

Been Coming to Port A off and on for over 35 years. This was the best experience yet. Super clean unit, great layout for a couple of families with little ones. Having own private pool was great.

We had two families stay for a long weekend. The place was so cute, very comfortable and had everything we needed! Great outdoor space, fun bunk beds for the kids, close to everything!

This rental is beautiful, very spacious and plenty of room for 2 families (7 people). Especially, since we did spend 1 1/2 days in the home during Hanna. The kids hung out upstairs playing games & the adults had the living area downstairs. The upper and lower patios are nice. The only feedback would be to have some additional large pans as we cooked all our meals & maybe some throw blankets. Other than that it’s really a beautiful rental that I would stay in again. Also, the contact less instructions for check in made everything so easy.

My family and I went to stay for a few nights and decided to rent it for another night because it was so beautiful! We had the best time and the beach is only five minutes away. I highly recommend this property it has everything you need and is very well kept. It was truly amazing! Go through Starkey Properties they're super accommodating and helpful.

PB 313 was unique among Pirate Bay units. It had 3 BR on two floors. The 2nd floor had two BR and a large outdoor deck that looked out on a wetlands and the Intracoastal Waterway. There was plenty of outdoor furniture on both floors to accommodate large groups. The garage was large enough to handle our SUV and provided welcome protection from the elements.

Starkey Properties is an excellent management company and responsive to any of our needs quickly and efficiently.

I would highly recommend thus unit and Starkey for your vacation needs.

We went down for a quick weekend vaca and rented #313 at the last minute. It was worth every penny. The bottom line, you get what you pay for. Everything was clean and all appliances were up to date. If your looking for a beautiful 3/3, invest in this house. it's also 2 minutes from the beach.

We came to this place without actually seeing it beforehand and were completely impressed. The downstairs patio was spacious and private, with gorgeous landscaping. The ground floor was open and gorgeous, with many beautiful works of art. It was fun watching football on a 70 inch screen! The furnishings were as comfortable as they were beautiful! We used the kitchen every day, as we don't eat out, and the appliances are all high end. We loved the ice maker, and filtered water feature. The sunset views from the upstairs deck were breathtaking. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, and we loved the rain head shower heads. The Master bedroom was inviting and comfortable. Our guests loved the upstairs bedrooms as well. The bicycles are a nice plus as is the fact that the property is close to Charlie's Pasture and trails. Lots of parking is available. If you are looking for a quiet, adult oriented getaway, this place is for you! We will definitely return next year!
