Great location and the house was so cute!! We will definitely be back.

We like being in Village Walk. The heated pool is something we enjoy. Everything was clean and in good working order.

Great place to stay, peaceful and quiet - will stay here again...pool is two houses down...we drove to the beach daily - it's not walking distance, however the beach area is nice-grandkids enjoyed it. The house was clean and equipped with everything needed plus a Keurig (we had brought our own in case there wasn't one)...the kitchen/living area is upstairs. I'm glad my son came along...I don't think me & daughter in laws could have carried the heavy ice chests with drinks/food upstairs & downstairs by ourselves.

House is roomy, bright, and clean. However, there is not a partial gulf view and while technically you can walk to the beach, it will take 20-30 minutes and is a pain if you are carrying stuff. The boardwalk that looks like it is close on google maps satellite view is a private boardwalk. Also, the washing machine did not work when we were there. Starkey properties were very responsive so I assume this will be fixed soon. Overall, it was a nice place with just a couple of issues.

We really enjoyed this house. The check-in process was very easy and totally contact less. We rented a beach cart through Peyton's Beach Carts, it was waiting for us when we arrived. The layout of the house was great and we felt it had everything we needed for a few comfortable days away. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to either be together or enjoy some time alone.The only issue is the washer didn't work for us either. It didn't spin and we were left with some very wet laundry. We let the Property Manager know and they responded quickly.

My family and I loved this place. It was very clean, spacious (fit our family of 10 just fine), and the ease of checking in and out was amazing. There is no boardwalk to the beach, but the beach access road is very close to the property. Everything we needed was in the rental (dishes, coffee pot and keurig machine, pots/pans, silverware, etc.). If you want to grill food, you’ll need to take your own as there is not one at the property. Golf cart rentals close by if you are interested in one. The only thing I didn’t care for was the seating arrangement in the living room. It doesn’t seat 10 all that well, but we made do just fine. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a quick get away to the beach!

Great location and amenities! We absolutely loved the open kitchen, dining, and family room! Tons of natural light and a great balcony for relaxing in the afternoon/evening. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and have privacy as well. We appreciated the ease of walking out the back door and taking a very short walk to the pool amenities. The beach is just around the corner, like a 2min drive, which is great in case you need to go back to the condo real quick. By far the best beach vacay we’ve had in a long while!

We had a great time. We came to Sandfest and the house was close to the beach. There are two pools in the village walk, so it was never crowded. My kids had a blast. I had to call for late arrival and everyone was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back. The location in the village walk is very relaxing too. We had plenty of room for parking. We loved eating at Fin's. Can't wait till the next trip!

The house is bright, clean and open. It was perfect for entertaining not only my family but another family that was staying in another unit. It has a lovely balcony and a patio for grilling. The house is a short drive to the beach and to the main Port A drag if you prefer to shop. The ladies at the property management office were lovely and very helpful.

The house was very nice and very spacious for us. The only problem was that the alarm would beep every time an outside was open. This was very inconvenient when trying to sleep in the master bedroom. Other than that it was a great time!

This is a very comfortable home and spacious. We were disappointed that we were unable to walk to the beach as advertised. It was about a 5 minute drive. Also, you will need to find a beach pass to park on the beach. Things we will know for next time.

We had three separate families stay in this condo for 3 nights: 1 family with 2 adults and 1 toddler (stayed in bedroom with king bed), 1 family with 2 adults, a toddler and preschooler (stayed in bedroom with queen and bunk beds), and 1 family with 2 adults only (stayed in bedroom with queen bed). The house size fit us perfectly. The children had room to play with their toys while the adults relaxed on the couch or played games at the dining room table. We loved that there were 2.5 baths - plenty of room to get ready each day/evening. We had two relatively minor problems: the queen bed in the downstairs room (with the bunk beds) was wobbly, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep and the garage door on the left wouldn't properly close the first time (it was as if the sensor was picking up on something, and it would go back up repeatedly even after insuring there was nothing in the way of the sensor). Aside from those issues, we would actually stay again. Location was great, as it wasn't far from the beach and the pool was only a couple houses down!
